Sevenhill Sacramental Red Wine

Sevenhill sacramental red wine is made as a blend of Grenache, Ruby Cabernet, and Pedro Ximenez grapes. This altar wine is made as naturally as possible with minimal winemaking intervention in conformity with the requirements of Canon Law.

12 x Bottles per case.

These sweet red sacramental wine grape varieties are grown on the Sevenhill property. The fruit is usually picked towards the end of the vintage at around 16 Baumé. Careful attention and care are taken to ensure that the fruit is in good condition and the flavours are intense fresh and bright. The wine is stored in old oak barrels before bottling.
