Sevenhill Sacramental White Wine is made predominantly from Pedro Ximenes, a Spanish white grape variety grown at Sevenhill Cellars and has approval of Ecclesiastical Authorities. The palate is rich and creamy, with flavours of toasted almonds and honey, and is a light straw/golden colour.
